WebJul 4, 2024 · Needless to say I was very wrong! The outside of the building was beautiful; healthy lawn and beautiful flowers/landscaping. The inside seemed cozy almost like a home setting. The staff were hard working, dedicated, professional, and very well trained. I know that in many jobs, people just go in for a paycheck. We don't call it Hillcrest; we call it a hotel because it gives you an atmosphere that it is not a nursing home. She has been down there since April, and they have taken excellent care of her.
