Why cant i extrude these Lines? Sketch is from a Inkscape SVG

WebIt's fine, they are projected lines in your sketch, and you haven't hidden the sketch. Solution is to hide the sketch. If you find yourself getting more purple lines than you want, it's because the option to "automatically project geometry" is turned on. It's on by default.
