WebMy Ioinic has been stuck at a UPS location marked "Delay" for 2 1/2 weeks. UPS now considers this Lost-in-Transit but won't initiate a return because I didn't create the shipping label. Fitbit has to do it. As you can see from the image, FitbitSupport on Twitter is useless.
