WebI've been trying out the fitloop.com routine, and today was the third time trying it out. I feel great and I can feel it's pushing my body to the limits. However, after last workout and today's workout I have a muffled/ear popping sensation in my left ear for up to about 30 minutes after my workout. WebMy ears don't 'pop' but whenever I really push myself in a workout, run, etc. I'll temporarily lose hearing in one if not both of my ears. It goes away after a while, but it's really weird. I get a loud buzzing in my right ear after a hard run sometimes, it's like every sound has been muffled and then amplified to 11.
